Charles Wright

Principal - Director of Finance

Charles is responsible for management of accounting and cash management functions for Egis. He has more than 25 years of corporate finance and consulting services experience. Previously, Charles held senior financial, management and operating positions with Legacy Partners (formerly Lincoln Property Company), several development companies and a Real Estate Investment Trust. Mr. Wright earned a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from the University of Northern Colorado.

Ed Doyne

President - Director of technology services

Ed is the President and Director of Technology Services of Egis7, LLC, a Seattle-based real estate services company.  He works with customers and carriers to help develop and grow co-location and data center facilities and operations.


In his first career, Ed served over 20 years as an active duty Marine from Private to Lt Colonel, including an 18-month tour as an infantry officer in Vietnam. He continues to serve on the board of the Blue and Gold Foundation of the NROTC Unit at the University of Washington, where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree and later served as the Marine Officer Instructor.  He also serves on the boards of the Marine Corps Support Group of Washington, and the Boots to Shoes Foundation TM, helping 21st century veterans capture 21st century jobs.

Tom Ripley

Principal -Director of operations

Tom oversees Egis7’s engineering consulting. With over 30 years’ experience in commercial buildings, Tom consults for diverse companies on operational efficiency and organizational modifications, technical equipment maintenance & service specifications. Technical construction projects as the owner/developer's representative and interface with general contractor and subs is one of his specialties. Tom does leadership training work with struggling companies and management teams to identify opportunities and establish plans with metrics to achieve their desired results.  Pre-sale or pre-purchase building inspections, focused on the long term operations and asset preservation, can be scheduled on short notice.


Tom is an active member of the ASHRA, the United States Green Building Council, as a LEED 2.1 A P.  He holds the following licenses: 2nd Grade Steam Engineer, 07 Master Electrician and City of Seattle Class C Refrigeration Mechanic.
